Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is strict, and implies that should you cancel:
More than 1 month before check-in, 50% of your deposit will be refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in 25% of your deposit will be refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in, 0% of your deposit will be refunded
Our Covid-19 guarantee: We offer a full-refund for any cancellations due to national or provincial travel restrictions preventing you from using your booking. Alternatively, should you so wish, you will also get the option to move your reservation to a future date in a similar price category, if availability allows this.
